This includes pallets, crates, and other supply items. Customized, personalized, or special-order items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
– The product must be unused and in its original condition.
– The product should be returned within **30 days** of the delivery date.
– The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and tags.
– Proof of purchase, such as the invoice or receipt, must be provided.

 Initiating a Return

Return Authorization and Instructions

Once your return request is received, our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
